Actually everything was awesome. The staff were ready to help, so sincere. It offered polite service and reasonably priced food too. The location was best possible, just a short stroll away from a grand cathedral.

the bed was big and the restaurant was excellent and had lots of food. particularly nice view of ocean front. comfy furniture and newly renovated bathroom. the fast check-in process too.

It's great value. Satisfied with the hotel, it's a nice comfy base for staying in Cuzco. Reception staff was very accessible. We had a double room and it included a dining area and a work desk.
